Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our business, returns will be accepted on a case by case basis and within 30 days of receipt of your item.  

Typically, returns will only be accepted if the item is defective (molded for the wrong firearm, wrong hand orientation, wrong style etc.) 

If you are unhappy with the way your holster looks due to design, color / pattern choice or other reason, please contact us and we will work with you to build a holster that is right for you. 

To avoid any of the above, please consult our FAQ's section and feel free to contact us with any and all questions prior to ordering. 

In the case that a return is granted for a full refund or exchange, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping. 

Quick Ship Items

Quick Ship items are eligible for return with a full refund within 15 days of receipt granted there are no serious signs of wear on the item. 

Upon receiving a Quick Ship return, the item will be inspected and a determination will be made if a full refund can be granted. If it is determined that the item is not fully refundable, one of several choices will be made: 

1) A partial refund will be granted based on the condition of the item 

2) Store credit will be granted in the amount of the item when it was purchased 

3) An exchange will be made of the same item, or similar

In the case that a return is granted for any of the above reasons, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping.

To be eligible for a full return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Due to the custom nature of our business, exchanges on custom orders are generally not accepted. Again, this is evaluated on case by case basis. Please contact us or email and we will work with you to find a solution. 

The exception to our exchange policy is with all nylon goods. Belts will be allowed to be exchanged due to incorrect size, or other issues.  To begin a nylon goods exchange, please mail your Belt or other nylon item back to us.  Upon receiving said item, we will send you an email advising that we have begun the exchange. Please allow up to 14 business days for all exchanges.
